George W. Bush receives a royal greeting in Argentina at the Summit of the Americas, citizens toasting Molotov cocktails to American economic and international policy. All hell is breaking out in South America and Lord knows W. must be wondering what in the world he is doing inside his bubble amidst clouds of tear gas.
